• Value Stream Workshop

  • The workshop presents a structured, proven approach for collaborating with stakeholders to define Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Stakeholders will optimize their value stream design by considering coordination requirements, dependencies, Epic distribution, and organizational change impact.

• Lean Portfolio Management Workshop

  • This workshop introduces LPM, prepares learners for their role in the LPM function, and establishes the collaborative nature of the interactions and activities that support effective portfolio strategy, including investment funding, Agile program guidance, and Lean governance. The workshop also introduces Capital Expenses and Operating Expenses in the Lean enterprise.

• SAFe Executive Workshop

  • This workshop is an interactive three- to six-hour executive workshop to help enterprise leadership explore their current solution development challenges, understand key SAFe concepts and benefits, determine if SAFe is the right choice for their organization, and identify the next steps in their SAFe implementation.
